Please join us next week for the second in our series focused on Social Determinants of Health (SDOH).  This month, ABHIN’s own Kim Shuler, LCSW and Caitlyn Johnson, LCSW will present on Addressing Behavioral Health Needs through SDOH Strategies.  Attendees will be eligible to receive 1 CEU/CME.  The presentation will focus on how SDOH needs impact behavioral health needs (and vice versa). In addition to talking about the roles of the care team in addressing SDOH, our presenters will share some inspiring examples of practices that have made sustainable changes to address behavioral health needs through addressing SDOH needs.  This series of webinars is brought to you in partnership with the state SDOH and Population Health workgroup.
