Primary care providers report that inability to get paid for opioid use disorder (OUD) treatment services is a major barrier that limits their decision to provide services in their communities. To help address this barrier, the A-ROUTE Consortium has opened a resource library focused on healthcare coding and reimbursement for opioid and other substance use disorder treatment in primary care. The A-ROUTE Consortium also includes experts who provide primary care teams in North Arkansas with hands on assistance to begin offering OUD treatment services. You can view the resource library here.
